Description Apalachicola Rosemary is another under used plant species that is a true joy to have in the garden. Like many species of Conradina it to is a threatened species because it only survives in dry well drained sites. Conradina glabra or Apalachicola Rosemary as it is known is a thin small woody shrub that matures to 2'High x 4'wide. Like all species of Conradina, it has very aromatic soft rich green foliage that resemble needles. Flowers start opening the end of May to June and flower until late September. The flowers are .75" or 2 cm in size born in axillary clusters of 2's to 3's along the vertical stem. This rare Florida endemic is very worthy of a home in the garden. Requires well well drained soils in part sun to full sun.
