Description This deciduous high climbing vine has the most interesting flowers. They are found under the large heart shaded / Elephant ears like foliage as the Pipe Vine climbs the support structure to a max height of 10'. The foliage can be as wide as 1'. The dark green leaves are the host plant for the Pipevine Swallowtail Butterfly (Battus philenor). The flower resembles a Dutchman's pipe is very interesting. It makes a great summer shade covering for an arbor.
