Description
Willow Oak is a rather large tree with a mature size of 60'High x 45'Wide, but is known to reach 100'x100' in perfect conditions. Leaves resemble the willow (Salix sp.) and prefers moist situations. Planted heavily as an ornamental because of the rapid growth rate and small leaves that are easy to clean up. Yellow fall colored foliage drops early. Produces billions of small acorns. Another wildlife magnet. Zone:5 - 9.
